How long does shipping take for e-bikes and conversion kits?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number via email once the package leaves our warehouse.
Are eSoulbike conversion kits compatible with my bicycle?
Our kits are designed to be universal for most standard mountain, road, and city bikes. We recommend checking your front or rear fork dropout width (standard 100mm or 135mm) before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit.
What is the warranty policy on batteries and motors?
We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all major components, including the motor and the lithium-ion battery, covering any manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Are the e-bikes and kits waterproof?
Our products have an IP65 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend submerging the components in water or using a high-pressure power washer for cleaning.
